HP940-150XF Plastic Cutting Nippers

ออกแบบมาโดยเฉพาะสำหรับการตัดพลาสติกแข็ง เช่น พลาสติกวิศวกรรม (POM, PA, PC ฯลฯ) ใบมีดคมด้านเดียว ช่วยลดการเกิดรอยหยักหรือเสี้ยนบนชิ้นงาน เหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการใช้งานตัด Gate ในกระบวนการฉีดพลาสติก ตัวคีมมีสปริงช่วยให้ใช้งานต่อเนื่องได้สะดวกและลดความเมื่อยล้า

Mostsuitable for cutting hard plastic, such as engineering plastic materials (POM,PA, PC, etc.)

Idealfor gate cutting works in injection molding.

  • Single-edgedblades enable to “slice off” plastic without leaving a flash on the cutsection.
  • Coilspring is mounted for continuous cutting work.
  • Roundblades type: HP940-125XR is also available.

APPLICATIONS :

  • Bladeshape is designed suitable to plastic cutting so that possible to cut lightlyand no burr remained which prevent hurt on fingers.
  • Single-edgedblades can “slice off” hard plastic.No flash left on the cut section and enable to save post processing work.
